Technical Assistance Program Strengthens Cooperative Governance in Muntinlupa
This May, the City Government of Muntinlupa, in partnership with the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA), conducted a Technical Assistance Program for local cooperatives.
The initiative was led by CDA Cooperative Development Specialists and aimed to provide targeted support to cooperatives in the city. The program focused on the following key objectives:
- Correcting and improving cooperative management practices
- Addressing findings from previous CDA inspections
- Providing guidance on proper governance and financial management
This technical assistance is essential in helping cooperatives enhance their operational systems, ensuring long-term sustainability and success. With the right support and direction, Muntinlupa’s cooperative sector becomes more resilient and better equipped to serve its members.
