Financial Literacy and Savings Mobilization Seminar Empowers Micro and Small Cooperatives
On August 13, 2025, the City Government of Muntinlupa conducted a Financial Literacy and Savings Mobilization Seminar for micro and small cooperatives in the city. The event was attended by 50 participants representing 24 cooperatives, all eager to strengthen their financial management practices.
The seminar aimed to equip cooperative members with practical knowledge and strategies for managing their organization’s funds effectively. Expert speakers from Sunlife, Mapag-Ampon Multi-Purpose Cooperative, and Amkor Technology Philippines Employees Cooperative shared insights on financial planning, savings mobilization techniques, and investment opportunities tailored to cooperative growth.
Participants gained valuable tools to enhance their financial stability and foster unity within their organizations. With the support of the City Government, our office remains committed to delivering meaningful learning opportunities that empower cooperatives and promote sustainable development.
