Cooperative Compliance Forum Highlights Regulatory Guidance for Financial Cooperatives
The Cooperative Compliance Forum was successfully held at the Audio Visual Room of Muntinlupa City Hall, bringing together over 50 representatives from various cooperatives engaged in financial operations and services.
The forum aimed to clarify the reporting requirements and compliance obligations under Republic Act No. 11765, as mandated by the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA). Participants expressed deep appreciation for the valuable insights and practical guidance they gained during the session.
The activity was led by CDA Developmental Specialists Mr. Ryan Dela Luna, Ms. Prima Parangue, and Ms. Beverly Martinez, who provided expert input on regulatory updates and cooperative responsibilities.
